Market Watch (Şeker Yatırım)

Outlook:
The BIST100 Index started Monday flat, rose to 9,477 during the day, but returned its gains towards the close to end at 9,321.64, up 0.05%. The Industrial Index increased by 0.03% and the Banking Index by 1.16%. The rise in YKBNK, TOASO and KCHOL shares made a positive contribution to the BIST yesterday. On the global side, European and certain Asian stock markets were closed yesterday for the Easter holiday. On the U.S. side, following Trump's statements that he was evaluating ways to dismiss Powell, losses of up to 2.5% resulted in the U.S. stock markets yesterday. While reactionary purchases were observed in the U.S. futures this morning, German DAX futures were negative, and Asian stock markets are following a mixed course. The data agenda is calm, and so Trump's possible statements regarding tariffs and the Fed will remain closely monitored. The VIOP30 Index completed the evening session up 0.55%. Locally, we expect the Benchmark Index to start Tuesday flat and continue its fluctuating course thereafter. SUPPORT: 9,250 - 9,150 RESISTANCE: 9,400 - 9,500.
