Market Watch (Şeker Yatırım)

Outlook:
The BIST100 Index started Tuesday on a negative trend, moving in a narrow band throughout the day to ultimately close at 9,700.17, down 0.48%. While the Industrial Index decreased by a limited 0.02%, the Banking Index showed a positive divergence, up 1.25%. Risk appetite in global markets has remained strong. U.S. CPI data yesterday printed below expectations at 0.2% monthly. While the data also supported the positive course of risk appetite, the U.S. stock markets, except for the Dow Jones, and the European stock markets, except for the U.K., rose on Tuesday. This morning, the U.S. futures were positive, Asian stock markets were mixed, and the German DAX futures were priced with a slight sell-off. Today's data agenda is calm, and we expect the markets to focus on tomorrow's scheduled peace talks. The VIOP30 Index completed the evening session down 0.20%. Locally, we expect the Benchmark Index to start Wednesday flat and continue to rise if profit sales are met later in the day. SUPPORT: 9,600 - 9,500 RESISTANCE: 9,850 - 9,950.
