Outlook:
The BIST 100 Index started Tuesday on a positive trend, which it continued throughout the day to close at 9,448.90, up 3.36%. The Banking Index gained 4.28% and the Industrial Index rose by 1.70%. Risk appetite in domestic and global markets remained positive amid falling oil prices following reports that a ceasefire had been reached between Iran and Israel. The U.S. and European stock markets also completed the day with increases. On the other hand, Fed Chairman Powell refrained from giving signals of interest rate cuts in his mid-year presentation at the House of Representatives yesterday. He added that the Fed could hold off on interest rates as long as the economy was strong and act according to developments in inflation and the labor market. The optimistic atmosphere in the markets continues after the easing of tension in the Middle East. While limited increases were seen in the U.S. and German futures indices this morning, Asian stock markets also generally followed a positive trend. The VIOP-30 Index completed the evening session up 0.29%. Locally, we expect the Benchmark Index to start Wednesday with a limited positive trend and to continue its rise if profit sales are met during the day. SUPPORT: 9,300 - 9,250 RESISTANCE: 9,600 - 9,700.
